－ PAGE 1－ 四川南充市 库CFG桩地基处理设计 摘 要 本文根据工程实例，讨论了CFG桩复合地基在建筑地基处理中的应用。对CFG桩体材料、复合地基承载力和变形计算、设计内容及方法、CFG桩施工程序等。并从施工角度分析了CFG桩复合地基施工的合理排序，以及该工程的地基处理效果。 CFG桩是高粘结强度桩复合地基的代表，目前广泛用于多层建筑地基处理。由于CFG桩可全长发挥侧阻，桩端落在好的土层时可很好地发挥端阻，在复合地基增强体（桩体）系列中，它的置换作用最强。复合地基承载力提高幅度大，承载力标准值可达600KPa以上。复合模量高，地基变形小。同时，CFG桩适应范围较广，即可用于填土、饱和及非饱和粘性土等软弱地基，也可用于较好的地基土。 CFG桩复合地基通过褥垫层与基础连接，无论桩端落在一般土层还是坚硬土层，均可保护桩间土始终参与工作。与传统桩基相比，CFG桩面积置换率较低，桩的数量可大大减少，再加上CFG桩不配筋，桩体利用工业废料粉煤灰作为掺加料，从而大大降低了工程造价。 另外，该技术具有施工速度快，工期短，质量容易控制，造价较低，施工文明等一系列优点，值得我们推广。CFG桩的施工工艺现在还正处于发展阶段，有待于进一步研究完善。其施工质量控制也是值得研究的课题。 关键词：复合地基 CFG桩 面积置换率 Abstract： This text combined with project instance, discuss of the application of CFG compound foundation in ground dispose of building in detail. Material of the body of CFG, the carrying capacity of compound foundation and calculation of distortion, design content, method and operational procedure of CFG pile, etc, and analyze CFG compound rational sequencing that ground constructed, and the result in the ground of this project. CFG pile is high to glue and form intensity compound representative of ground, used in multi-layer building ground punish extensively at present.
