本科论文 本科论文 摘 要 多年来，我国高校志愿服务在具备较完善志愿服务体系的同时，还有着各种各样有待解决的问题，例如志愿服务组织机制不健全、活动形式单一、活动经费不足、志愿服务环境有待改善等等，特别是对高校志愿服务发展机制创新路径的思考较少。 针对这一现象，本文从我国高校志愿服务机制的发展现状与存在问题出发，了解归纳总结我国高校志愿服务组织运行机制的发展现状、存在问题以及未来规划。 研究结果表明，志愿者的培训制度，激励制度，保障制度以及志愿服务内容及形式等都有改进的余地，可以以此来打造专业化、品牌化的项目等方式促进高校志愿服务机制的发展。 关键字：高校，志愿服务，机制，创新路径 Abstract For many years, volunteering in our countrys universities and colleges has had a relatively perfect voluntary system, and at the same time there are a number of issues that need to be addressed, such as the voluntary service organization mechanism is not perfect, the unique form of activities, the lack of funds for activities, the environment for improving voluntary service. And so on. In particular, little is being done about the innovative way of developing voluntary service at universities and colleges. In view of this phenomenon, this document summarizes the current situation, the problems existing in the development of the voluntary mechanism in universities and colleges in China, the current situation, existing problems and future plans of the operational mechanism of the organization of voluntary services in universities and colleges in China. The results of the research have shown that the system of voluntary training, the incentive system, the guarantee system and the content and form of volunteering have been improved and can be used to create professional and brand-specific projects to promote the development of volunteering mechanisms in universities and colleges and universities.
