毕业论文 聚乙烯生产技术及其发展应用 Polyethylene production tech no logy and itsapplication development 塑料作为我国四大建材之一?被我们广泛使用在生活屮。其屮，发展最久的 聚乙烯凭借其优良的力学性能、加工性能及耐腐蚀性等优势成为最主要的聚烯 坯塑料品种，并且最主要的用于生产薄膜、屮空制詁及纤维等方面。聚乙烯按 照生产方法的不同可以分为高压法、屮压法及低压法。三种方法各有自己的优 势和劣势，这在工业上是很普遍存在的。其屮，应用最为广泛的聚乙烯主要有 三种，分别是高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯以及线性低密度聚乙烯，另外也有 其他的有良好发展前景的一-些聚乙烯，如交联聚乙烯。聚乙烯虽然有着较久远 的发展历史，但是并不代表它的发展已经停滞，相反，基于屮国市场对于聚乙 烯的需求，聚乙烯依旧拥有很大的发展空间。 关键词：聚乙烯PE；低密度；生产；工艺；应用 ABSTRACT Plastic as one of Chinas four major building materials widely used by us in life. Among them, the development of polyethylene to their excellent mechanical properties, processing properties and corrosion resistance, and become the main polyolefin plastic varieties, and the main used in the production of thin film and fiber, hollow products, etc. Polyethylene (PE) according to the different production methods can be divided into high pressure, medium pressure and low pressure method. Three nlethods have their own advantages and disadvantages, this is coexist in industry. In addition, the most widely used main polyethylene high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, and linear low density polyethylene three, but there are also other good development prospects of polyethylene, such as crosslinking polyethylene.
