福建邵武基地烟叶质量评价 Guality Evaluation of Tobacco of Fujian Shaowu Base ZHANG Bin (Wuhu Cigarette Factory of China Tobacco Anhui Industrial Co. ， Ltd. ，Wuhu Anhui 241002 ) The appearance quality ，sensory quality ， chemical composition and physical properties of Fujian Shaowu Base tobacco ， non base tobacco and imported tobacco were evaluated and comparative analyzed.The results showed that :①appearanee quality : compared with non base tobacco , the base tobacco was better in oil and gloss ，and its appearance quality was close to imported tobacco. ②sensory quality : compared with non base tobacco , the base tobacco was better in aroma style ， its aroma quality was improved ， aroma quantity extently rised ；the base tobacco was still a certain gap with imported tobacco in sensory quality , especially in aroma a nd aftertaste. ③chemical composition : base tobacco was better than non base tobacco in chemical compatibility ， but the total sugar content was high and the content of petroleum ether extract was low ， that madethe base tobacco worse than the imported tobacco leaf in chemical compatibility. ④ physical properties compared with non base tobacco ，physical properties of the base tobacco was better than non base tobacco.Terms rate of the base tobacco was lower ，and thickness of the lower part of leaf increased ，the weight per unit area was moderate. Generally ，compared with non base tobacco ，the quality of ShaowuBase tobacco was improved ，but there were some questions that needed to be studied and improved ， such as the high sugar content ，low petroleum ether extract and the high concentration upper tobacco mixed gas. 随着国际烟叶市场的变化， 靠进口烤烟原料提高卷烟质量严 重制约了中国烟草行业的发展， 为解决国内优质烟叶原料的需求 矛盾，恢复国产烤烟在中式卷烟配方中的主导地位，国家 XX局 近年来在全国组织了一系列的部分替代进口烟叶的研究工作 。为深入推进原料供应基地化、烟叶品质特色化和生产方式 现代化建设， 中国烟叶公司积极推进烟叶基地化建设。 为了提高 黄山品牌原料烟叶保障水平， 安徽中烟与邵武市烟草公司共同开 展了 200 hm2 “以黄山品牌原料需求为导向的优质烟叶开发”示 范基地的试验项目。 该文旨在分析基地烟叶与非基地烟叶、 进口 烟叶在外观质量、化学成分、感官质量等方面的差异，对基地烟 叶进行较全面的质量评价， 为进一步提高基地烟叶质量和完善基 地烟叶生产技术方案提供依据。 1 材料与方法 供试材料 邵武基地烟叶
