西医手术联合中医辨证治疗功能性出口梗阻性便秘的疗效评价 【摘要】目的：探讨西医手术联合屮医辨证治疗功能性出口梗阻性便秘的临床疗 效。方法：将100例功能性出口梗阻性便秘患者随机分为两组(每组50例)，对 照组患者单纯行手术治疗，联合组在手术治疗基础上增加屮医辨证治疗，对比商 纽患者的治疗效果。结果：联合组术后3个刀的各项便秘症状评分、肛管静息压、 最大排便阈值、初始排便阈值、MRV值显著低于对照组，最大收缩压、治疗总 有效率均明显高于对照组，P0.05o联合组术后的创面渗血时间、疼痛时间、愈 合吋间及住院吋间均明显短于对照组，P0.05o结论：西医手术联合屮医辨证治 疗功能性岀口梗阻性便秘，能从根本上改变便秘的病理状态，提高便秘治疗效果。 【关键词】功能性出口梗阻性便秘；屮医辨证；手术 Assess the effect of Western medicine surgery combined TCM SyndromeDifferentiation treat with functional outlet obstruction constipation[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Western medicine surgerycombined with TCM treat with functional outlet obstruction constipation. Methods:100 cases of functional outlet obstruction constipation were randomly divided intotwo groups (n=50), the control group patients treated with surgery, the combinedgroup increased syndrome differentiation treatment, compared the therapeutic effectof two groups. Joint postoperative wound bleeding time, pain time, healing time and hospitalstay were significarKly shorter than the control group, the Maximum systolic bloodpressure, total effective rate was significantly higher, P 0.05. Postoperative woundbleeding time, pain time, healing time and hospital stay time of combined groupwere significantly shorter, P 0.05. Conclusion: Western medicine surgery combinedTCM Syndrome Differentiation treat with functional outlet obstruction constipationcan change the pathological state of constipation fundamentally, and improveconstipation treatment.
