职位说明书 职位名称 传输维护中心主任 所属部门 传输维护中心 直接上级 主管副总 直接下属 副主任、主管工程师、中心传输 室主任、北站传输室主任、联合 机械室主任、传输网络工区主任 编写日期 2004年6月 审核人 工作目的 为了保证本公司通信传输设备的正常运行和畅通，负责组织编制公司传输设备维修计 划并督促实施，为公司业务发展提供高质量的通信通道。 工作职责 依据公司的年度经营目标及经营计划，拟定公司本部门年度工作规划，编制并控制部 门年度财务成本预算。 建立并完善本中心各项管理制度、工作流程及相应的管理办法。 组织通信抢险工作： 组织对通信通道的灾情、险情及重大阻断的排障工作； 建立应急抢修联络网。 参与工程管理施工： 组织参与干线的工程施工、验收； 参与工程全过程； 参与开通测试。 负责本部门内部日常管理工作： 5.1 提出本部门机构设置建议、参与本部门人员招聘、组织本部门业务培训； 5.2制定本部门季度/月度工作计划、确立工作目标、分解工作任务、进行工作总结； 负责本部门员工日常工作监督管理绩效考核并做出相应的奖惩建议。 完成领导交办的其他临时工作。  When you are old and grey and full of sleep, And no ddi ng by the fire, take dow n this book, And slowly read, and dream of the soft look Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep; How many loved your mome nts of glad grace, And loved your beauty with love false or true, But one man loved the pilgrim soul in you.
