This series motors have many remarkable features such as compact con structi on ‘lightweight, reliable operati on, solid con struct ion and fine look ing as well as high efficie ncy, high starti ng torque, low no ise and long service life,etc. Series 丫 motors for gen eral -purpose uses can be used to drive all kinds of mach ines and equipme nt, which have no special requireme nts. For this series motors, the output ratings and mounting dimensions conform to the specifications of IEC Publications and the correlatio n betwee n them agrees with DIN 42673 of Germa ny. The motors are easy to complete in the export mach inery and equipme nt and supply as spare accessories in the import equipme nt. Nn 2 tore 2结构简介2.1定子 定子铁心采用经氧化处理的优质电工硅钢片，电磁线及绝缘采用聚酯亚胺漆包 线及优质复合绝缘等。有绕组的定子铁芯经真空高压浸渍，使之成为一个完整的整 体,并按照JBZ294和GB2423.4进行试验具有优良的电气，机械，防潮及热稳定性。 电动机的绝缘等级为F级，温升裕度大，寿命长。2.2转子 转子铁芯也采用经氧化处理的优质电工硅钢片制成，经铸铝后用热套法固定有 转轴上，并经动平衡校验，电动机运行平稳，振动小。 16 3. c o m 轴采用45#钢制成，电动机只有一个轴伸，如用户需要时,可提供双轴伸电动机。 2.3接线盒 接线盒位于机座正上方，（H80—180及H355或位于机座右方（H200—315（从轴 伸端视之，用户有特殊要求时，可在订货时说明。接线盒内设有接线板或安装板，接线 板上有六个接线端子，适用于电动机直接起动或 丫 -△起动，接线盒内设有接地螺栓， 确保安全，接线盒内侧设有接线图，供接线时参考。2.4轴承及轴承室 产品设计时选用低噪声电机专用轴承，机座号H80—132采用双面密封球轴承， 轴伸端轴承室内装有波形弹簧片，以适度的弹力压靠轴承,H160— 355电动机轴承结 构为内、外盖式，且非轴伸端用挡圈定位，有效地防止了电动机转子的轴向串动，机座 号315— 355具有不停机注、排没装置，以确保轴承良好的润滑。2.5风扇，端罩 全系列风扇与轴采用键配合，运转可靠 16 16 端罩为薄钢板结构，在防止一定大小的外物侵入的前提下得到最大的通风面积 从而使风路顺畅，外形美观。钢性好,防护等级为IP20。2 Construction 2.1 Stators The stator cores are lam in ated from the oxyge nated high-quality magn etic sheet steel.
