PAGE 26 摘 要 从改革开放之后，中国经济就发展的越来越迅速，人们的生活状况与幸福指数也有了明显的改善和提升，身体健康也逐渐成为人们关注的焦点，企业也处于快速发展的过程中。自从中国加入世贸组织以来，中国企业的发展在某种程度上也受到了限制，随后国内和国外市场都出现了激烈的竞争，如果公司希望在国际竞争中获得竞争优势，它就必须对盈利能力予以关注。企业的盈利能力是企业不断向前发展的动力，只有通过提高自身的盈利能力，才能够帮助企业取得更多的收益，并一直处于领先地位。 本文通过对亿利洁能公司的经营状况，并结合企业实际运营情况对亿利洁能公司的盈利能力做出分析。通过分析发现该公司还存在一些问题，这些问题直接影响着企业的管理升级，因此，企业必须予以高度重视。本文针对企业存在的问题，提出了行之有效的建议，希望这些建议对进一步完善亿利洁能公司的管理制度有着极大的促进作用。 关键词：亿利洁能公司；盈利能力；经营 ABSTRACT Since the reform and opening up, Chinas economy has developed more and more rapidly. Peoples living conditions and happiness index have also improved significantly. Peoples health has gradually become the focus of attention. Enterprises are also in the process of rapid development. Since Chinas accession to the WTO, the development of Chinese enterprises has been restricted to a certain extent. Then there has been fierce competition in domestic and foreign markets. If a company wishes to gain a competitive advantage in international competition, it must pay attention to its profitability. The profitability of an enterprise is the driving force for the continuous development of the enterprise. Only by improving its profitability can it help the enterprise to obtain more income and remain in a leading position. This article analyzes the profitability of Yili Jieneng Company by analyzing its operating conditions and combining with the actual operating conditions of the enterprise. Through analysis, it is found that the company still has some problems, which directly affect the management upgrade of the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise must attach great importance to them. In view of the problems existing in the enterprise, this paper puts forward effective suggestions, hoping that these suggestions will greatly promote the further improvement of the management system of Yili Jieneng Company.
