PAGE PAGE 29 东莞市虎门镇农产品物流配送中心选址研究 摘 要 东莞是珠三角地区重要的农产品生产和消费基地，随着经济发展和对食品安全意识的重视，人们对物流配送中心提出更高的要求。农产品具有明显的季节性和衰退期，其保质期短，易腐变质等特征注定了对物流时效和保鲜技术等有着较高要求。配送中心作为衔接供应商和消费者之间的重要桥梁，一定程度上决定着农产品价值的能否更好实现。虎门镇富民农产品配送中心成立已有20多年，凭借优良地理位置、货物集散迅速能力和巨大的消费市场，在东莞农产品物流运输中占据重要地位。但是由于建成历史悠久，设备日渐老旧，配送中心位置不合理状况等问题的出现，目前虎门富民农产品配送中心已经难以满足人们日益高涨的市场需求，许多相关问题亟待改善。 本文以富民农产品配送中心为研究对象，通过现状分析和相关文献的阅读，根据农产品的易腐变质等特点研究，运用层次分析法，选出最具有综合优势的配送中心选址。对区域配送中心实现生产与消费的有效对接，降低成本，提高配送水平和保障农产品质量等具有一定的现实意义。 关键词：东莞市；农产品物流；富民农产品配送中心；层次分析法 Research on the location of agricultural products logistics distribution center in Humen Town, Dongguan City Abstract Dongguan is an important production and consumption base of agricultural products in the Pearl River Delta. With the economic development and the emphasis on food safety awareness, people have put forward higher requirements for the logistics distribution center. Agricultural products have obvious seasonality and decline period, its short shelf life, perishable and other characteristics are doomed to have higher requirements for logistics timeliness and preservation technology. Distribution center, as an important bridge between suppliers and consumers, determines to a certain extent whether the value of agricultural products can be better realized. Humen Town Fumin Agricultural Product Distribution Center has been established for more than 20 years. With its excellent geographical location, rapid cargo distribution capacity and huge consumer market, it occupies an important position in Dongguan agricultural product logistics transportation.
