北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文 PAGE 1 麦当劳冷链物流发展模式研究 摘 要 伴随着冷链物流热度的持续高涨，冷链物流行业已成为物流业中的重要组成部分。从微观角度看，实现优质的冷链物流运营模式，能够切实降低企业的生产成本，减少人力的需求，使物流作业高效有序地运转。从宏观角度看，冷链物流的发展，可以带动一个国家的财政收入，提升冷链商业物流环境，营造一个良好的冷链市场氛围，从而改善整体的社会生活质量。 本文以麦当劳的冷链运营模式为研究对象，通过分析麦当劳的冷链运作管理流程，以及与第三方物流的合作模式，提出了企业要重视冷链物流管理，引进先进的技术和设施设备，广纳专业人才，加强企业内部的管理和监控水平，提高冷链物流能力，为企业经济发展的需要提供支持和保障等建议，希望能给其他中小企业的冷链运营模式带来借鉴。同时，对未来冷链物流的发展前景进行升华，得出未来物流界的主流是物联网和冷链物流之间的融合，因此，希望可以利用物联网的先进技术，实现智能化物流的最终目标。 关键词：冷链物流；供应链；麦当劳；夏晖模式 Research on McDonalds Cold Chain Logistics Development Model Abstract With the continuous upsurge of cold chain logistics, the cold chain logistics industry has become an important part of the logistics industry. From the micro point of view, the realization of high-quality cold chain logistics operation mode can effectively reduce the production cost of enterprises, reduce the demand for manpower, and make the logistics operation run efficiently and orderly. From a macro perspective, the development of cold chain logistics can drive a countrys fiscal revenue, improve the cold chain commercial logistics environment, create a good cold chain market atmosphere, and thus improve the overall social quality of life. This article takes McDonalds cold chain operation model as an example.
