PAGE 45 北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文 PAGE 1 珠海市农产品物流配送中心选址研究 摘 要 珠海市目前其现代农业的发展还未达到其作为珠西地区的核心城市的要求，其农产品的生产流通需要由分散型向集约型转变，建立农产品配送中心对于珠海市农产品运输配送实现规模效益、节约物流成本尤为重要。 本文首先介绍农产品物流等相关理论，之后介绍目前珠海市农产品生产流通情况及其农产品配送模式，总结出珠海市农产品配送中目前存在的问题。根据实际情况，本文进行两部分的选址研究，第一部分首先对珠海市现有主要农产品生产地区及大型的农产品批发市场进行介绍，运用P-中值法对农产品生产地进行配送中心选址研究，得出分别在生产地白蕉镇、红旗镇建立配送中心，第二部分首先介绍珠海市主要农产品需求地及其农产品需求量情况，然后使用K-means法对需求点进行聚类、使用CFLP模型为珠海市主要需求地香洲区进行配送中心选址研究，选出在前山街道办和南屏镇建立配送中心，为珠海市农产品配送中心的选址发展提供借鉴作用。 关键词：农产品物流；配送模式；配送中心；选址 Study on Site Selection of Agricultural Product Logistics Distribution Centers in Zhuhai Abstract Zhuhai ’s current development of modern agriculture has not yet met its requirements as a core city in the Zhuxi region. The production and circulation of its agricultural products need to be transformed from decentralized to intensive. Establishing agricultural product distribution centers can achieve economies of scale and save logistics costs which is particularly important. This paper first introduces the farm product logistics and other related theories, then introduces the current production and distribution situation of agricultural products in Zhuhai and its agricultural product distribution model, and eventually summarizes the problems in the distribution of farm products in Zhuhai. According to the actual situation, this paper conducts a two-part site selection study. The first part firstly introduces Zhuhais existing main agricultural production areas and large agricultural wholesale markets, and uses the P-median method to study the site selection of distribution centers for agricultural production places. It is concluded that distribution centers are established in Baijiao Town and Hongqi Town, respectively. The second part firstly introduces the main agricultural product demand areas in Zhuhai City and their agricultural product demand, and then uses the K-means method to cluster demand points and uses the CFLP model to study the site selection of the distribution centers in Xiangzhou
