PAGE PAGE 22 摘 要 随着中国经济的快速发展，中国的汽车行业也突飞猛进。但是中国汽车工业本身薄弱，大部分企业都是中外合资的品牌，以“市场”换“技术”。中国的自主汽车品牌的企业大部分都比较弱小，但是吉利汽车却是为数不多的国产车中的佼佼者[1]。但是吉利汽车在汽车行业仅仅只有21年的发展历程，未来要走的路还很多，其中存在着很多问题，需要去找出并得到解决。 主要分析吉利汽车的财务报表（2014年-2018年），分析发展趋势和报表结构。对吉利汽车的偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力、发展能力进行分析，并与同行业车企进行比较[2]。再最终进行杜邦分析。得出吉利汽车最近五年的总体财务情况，发现存在的财务问题，并提出相应的解决办法和策略。 总体来说，吉利汽车的财务状况非常健康，且是汽车行业领先水平。 关键词：吉利汽车，财务分析，偿债能力，盈利能力，杜邦分析 Abstract Most of the enterprises are Sino-foreign joint venture brands, with market as technology. Most of Chinas own car brands are relatively weak, but Geely is among the best in a few domestic cars. But Geely has only 32 years of development history, and there are still many ways to go in the future. There are many problems to be found and solved. This paper mainly analyses the financial statements of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Geely Automobile) from 2014 to 2018, and analyses the trend and structure of the three major statements. By comparing with Great Wall and Beijing automobiles, the solvency, profitability, operation ability and development ability of Geely automobiles are analyzed, and DuPont is also analyzed. Understand the general financial situation of Geely Automobile in the past five years, find out the existing financial problems, and put forward the corresponding solutions and strategies.
