Abstract
With the continuous implementation of system reform in the telecommunications industry in recent years, the telecom market of China is gradually forming a new competition pattern in which the enterprises have comparatively equal overall strength. Marketing channel is an important connection among products, services and customers. The development and optimization of marketing channel will play the most important role in the core competitive power of telecom corporations.
Qitaihe Telecom branch is a subsidiary company of China Telecom. Through the construction in recent years, the marketing channel frame of Qitaihe Telecom has been built up basically, and begins to take effect. But with the constant aggravation of the telecom market competition, the construction and management work of Qitaihe Telecom company marketing channel has exposed some profound questions. The existence of these questions will influence the effective function of marketing channel. The paper using the marketing channel theories , adopts methods of theoretical research and investigation , adopts methods of standard research and empirical research, analyze the present situation of Qitaihe Telecom branch marketing channels system, and explores the shortcomings of the existing marketing channel.
Basing on the above analysis, the paper discusses measure to continue process optimization and improvement marketing channel of Qitaihe Telecom, put forward the suggestions for the telecom development, analyzes the ways to build a telecom marketing channel system tthrough the channel structure calculation model and integer programming.
