Key word sewage treatment; Automation control system; PLC; Hardware disposition; Software design. 1.2 对工艺流程的阐述 城市污水依次经过粗格栅、进水泵房、沉砂池、初沉池、曝气池和二沉池来实现污水的处理。其中各部分的功能如下： 进水泵房用于将污水提升，粗格栅用于除掉污水中大块杂物和污物，进而保护进水泵。 沉砂池的细格栅用于除去污水中的小块杂物，吸砂桥除砂和漂浮油脂，还有砂处理和浮砂油脂处理设备。 初沉池初步除掉水中污泥，用刮泥机收集污泥至初沉池泥泵房。 曝气池（氧化沟）为生化处理区，通过投放回流活性污泥搅拌和曝气供氧，培养微生物大量繁殖，形成更多活性污泥。 二沉池彻底清污水，使泥水分离。 1.3 主要设备的组成及控制方式 表1 设备参量 污水处理厂的设备均采用三级控制方式，即现场控制方式、MCC控制方式和微机控制方式。目前，以MCC控制为基础，PLC控制为主导的控制方式始终处于工业自动化控制领域的主战场，为各
