PAGE PAGE III 摘 要 随着时代的发展，市场竞争在不断加剧，企业的经济市场也在不断发展，同时各个企业也会面临激烈的竞争和压力，以至于企业的财务风险防范形势随之也变得更加严峻。在企业的财务活动中，因受到来自外部市场的冲击和内部管理的不完善出现的财务管理问题，增大了财务风险发生的概率，同时也对企业的进一步发展产生了很大的影响。因此，全面提升企业自身的竞争力成为了企业发展的趋势，这同时也是企业良好发展的关键。 随着条件的变化，企业内外的环境越来越复杂，企业财务风险防范和控制的难度也在日益增加。 本文通过对国内外相关资料文献的学习研究，理解企业财务风险基 本理论，也是本文坚实的理论基础。结合市场环境由北京吉因加科技有限公司有关财务数据分析公司财务状况隐藏的问题，找到合适 的方法，避免风险出现，通过公司报表相应数据指标识别公司财务风险，构建企业内部财务风险评价体系，据此评价和分析出企业财 务风险，为管理防范措施打下基础。 根据公司已经发生的问题发表了个人意见，最后提出公司财务分析及管理的优化策略，希望具有一定 的借鉴意义和参考价值 。 关键词：财务风险 高科技产业 财务管理 控制对策 Financial Risk Analysis and Prevention Research of Beijing Jiyinga Technology Co., Ltd.
