PAGE \* Arabic PAGE \* Arabic 29 企业财务风险及防范 ——以拉卡拉支付股份有限公司为例 摘 要 市场环境是瞬息万变的，随着商业范式的持续进化，很多公司并不再满足于单独的工作营销，而是纷纷借助兼并收购、新设等方法对公司展开战略发展的转型，希望可以全面展现协同管理效用，落实公司内外界资源的全面借助。现阶段，我国已经变为世界上第二大创业投资市场，万众革新蓬勃建设，革新创业环境不断完善，革新创业的主体越来越多元，各类支持平台持续增加，在促进经济增加、推动转型升级、平稳和拓展就职上展现着关键作用。在如此的大背景之下，公司展开战略发展的转型已然变为 一种走势，我国不缺多元化转型成功的例子，但是同样也有许多公司在多元化转型的环节中并未能超过期望的成效，乃至是导致公司屡次陷入财务问题。因此，本文结合财务风险的内涵、财务风险理念以及财务风险种类等相关理论基础，以拉卡拉支付股份有限公司为例，对拉卡拉支付股份有限公司企业财务风险问题进行了研究，具体包括企业的流动性风险、外汇利率财务风险、信用风险等；在此基础上，进一步分析了影响拉卡拉支付股份有限公司企业财务风险的原因。其中，外界影响原因包括经济环境、政治环境以及政策； 内部影响原因包括内部控制不改善、资金结构不合理以及融资方法不合理等；最后，进一步提出了改善集团财务风险的对策建议，通过建立财务风险预警机制：改善财务组织设置、将财务风险管理纳入公司管理、建立财务预警标准系统；加大资金管理；加大授信管理：加大相关财务人员资信管理能力、建立顾客资信管理规则、提升应收账款管理层次、合理使用信用保险以及建立外币资产财务风险防范系统等多种措施，有效控制和防范企业财务风险，促进企业的进一步发展。 关键词：战略发展；上市公司；财务风险；内部控制 Enterprise Financial Risk and Prevention --A Case Study of Lakara Payment Co., Ltd.
