PAGE III 当下财务环境中小微企业面临的财务风险及对策分析 ——沧州市领航环保科技有限公司 摘 要 在当代经济环境下，除了北上广深等高速发展地区的上市公司大企业作为中国经济快速发展的“顶梁柱”外，中小企业也伴随着国家“支持创业”的鼓励经济政策而迅速崛起成为“主力军”，对市场经济的推进起到了重要作用。在这当中又因小微企业的设立成本最低而数量最多，故而分析小微企业的财务风险以及找出对应防范方法是有必要的。 论文分为五个部分，第一部分是绪论，讲述了研究关键词的发展历史、背景现状，尽量简单的列出了当下外国和中国对于这方面的学术分析程度、分析的原因、对国家社会的影响益处，也简述了分析的领域界限以及分析手段。第二部分是为研究论文作扎实基础的各种学术理论，罗列了已经被确定的理论定义，如财务风险，风险控制、财务指标分析内容公式等，通过阅读大量的国内外文献资料，从中提炼理论点，根据分析作归纳总结与交叉对比，引用研究成果作为理论支撑。第三部分是领航公司的介绍，以及通过其真实财务数据进行各方面的分析，找出存在的财务风险危机。第四部分是根据上述的分析结果，分别寻找与其对应的、适用于领航公司的风险防控措施。第五部分为结论，是对全篇进行的总结性论述，说明了论文研究可做出的贡献。 关键词：小微企业 财务风险 风险防范 In the current financial environment, small and micro enterprises are facing financial risks and countermeasures ——Cangzhou linghang environmental protection technology co.
