Sam68蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与预后的相关性研究 [摘要 ] 目的探讨宫颈癌组织中 Sam68 蛋白的表达及其 与宫颈癌患者临床预后之间的关系。方法对笔者收集的 78 例宫颈癌患者的相关资料进行分析，将其设置为实验组，选 择同期入院的 20 例良性宫颈肿瘤患者， 将其设置为对照组， 采用 Power Vision 二步法对患者 Sam68 蛋白进行检测，分析 Sam68 蛋白表达差异及其临床病理因素、与患者治疗预后的 关系。结果宫颈癌患者 Sam68 蛋白阳性表达率为 60.3% 47/78 ），宫颈良性肿瘤者 Sam68 蛋白不表达或弱表达，两者比较差异有统计学意义（ P0.05）； Sam68 蛋白表达与肿瘤的大小、 TNM 分期以及患者淋巴结状态存在明显相关性 P0.05）；Sam68 蛋白表达水平和患者总生存时间以及无病 生存时间存在相关关系（ P0.05）；Sam68 蛋白高表达患者 5 年总生存率 （70%）低于 Sam68 蛋白低表达者 （ 87%）；Sam68蛋白高表达者 5 年无病生存率（ 53%）低于 Sam68 蛋白低表达者（ 79%）。结论患者体内 Sam68 蛋白和宫颈癌临床病理特征、患者生存期之间关系密切， Sam68 蛋白含量越高，患者预后越长，可以将其作为宫颈癌预后的生物学指标。 [关键词 ] 宫颈癌； Sam68 蛋白；临床预后；相关关系 [中图分类号 ] R737.9 [文献标识码 ] A [文章编号 ] 1674-4721（ 2015） 06（c） -0011-03 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of Sam68 protein in cervical cancer and cervical cancer ， and the correlation between clinical outcomes between patients.
