企业社会责任的发展趋势 摘要： 企业作为重要的经济组织，承担着社会主要的经济责任，但随着我国经 济近年来的快速发展，越来越激烈的市场竞争又对企业的社会责任发起了挑战。 因此研究企业社会责任的发展趋势可谓是牵涉到未来经济发展的关键。本文将着 重阐述遵守商业道德、保证生产安全、保护劳动者合法权益、保护环境、支持慈 善事业、保护弱势群体等企业社会责任的重要内容，结合国际国内的发展现状及 趋势，借鉴国际优秀成果对国内企业承担社会责任的现存问题，尤其是在完善相 关法律方面提出对策。 关键词： 企业社会责任；劳动者权利；环境保护；发展趋势 THE DEVELOPMENT TREND OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ABSTRACT Enterprise as an important economic organization, social commitment to major economic responsibility, but with the rapid development of Chinas economy in recent years, increasingly fierce market competition and corporate social responsibility challenged. So the study of corporate social responsibility trends can be described as involving the key to economic development in the future. This article focuses on compliance with business ethics, to ensure production safety, the protection of workers* legitimate rights and interests, protect the environment, support charities, contributions to social welfare undertakings, protection of vulnerable groups and other important corporate social responsibility, combined with international and domestic situation and development trend, drawing on international outstanding achievements of social responsibility for domestic enterprises existing problems, especially in the proposed countermeasures to improve the relevant laws.
