PAGE PAGE II 如何建立企业信用评价体系研究 摘 要 人无信不立，企业也是如此。在企业无形资产的项目中，企业信用是其重要的组成部分。企业若想在健康经营，可持续发展的道路上走的长远，企业信用是一个不可避免的话题，良好的企业信用对企业的经营发展具有重要的精神指南作用。目前，我国企业信用管理的现状以及不足之处仍值得我们探讨，针对问题提出的应对方法，对建立有效的评价体系，完善信用评价体系具有借鉴作用。本文运用模糊层次分析法和多指标综合线性加权评估方法对信用评级的定性和定量因素进行评判和数据分析，针对问题提出相应措施，并在实践中加以证实。 关键词：企业管理；企业信用；信用评价指标；信用评价体系 How to Establish Enterprise Credit Evaluation System Abstract No man can stand without credit, the same goes for businesses. The enterprise credit is an significant component of it in the project of enterprise intangible assets. Enterprise credit is an inevitable topic if enterprises want to go on the road of healthy management and sustainable development for a long time. The great credit makes important spirit guide role for the business development of the enterprise . Nowadays, the status quo and shortcomings of credit management in Chinese enterprises are still worth discussing. Proposing solutions to the problem, it can be used for reference to establish effective evaluation system and perfect credit evaluation system. This paper uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and multi-index comprehensive linear weighted evaluation method,and the qualitative and quantitative factors of credit rating are evaluated and data are analyzed, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn: Enterprise credit management problem has existed for a long time. To solve this problem needs to consider from many aspects. In view of the problem, I come up with corresponding measures and proved them in practice.
