PAGE I PAGE I 当前形势下企业理财环境的战略研究 摘 要 理财环境决定着企业的理财战略、理财活动，对企业理财环境进行分析，为改善企业理财提出有效的建议，对企业的财务活动起着十分重要的作用。随着当今国际经济全球化的发展，企业之间的竞争日渐严峻，通过扩大企业的市场占有率，增加市场份额成为企业发展的目标。为此，企业需对理财环境进行深入分析，研究出适合当前形势下企业的理财战略。本文从企业理财环境出发，通过理财环境对企业集团理财活动的影响，对理财环境与企业战略之间的关系进行分析，阐述当前形势下企业理财环境的影响因素，探讨了企业理财环境存在制度、防范意识、监控力度等方面的问题，进而提出了优化信息系统、创新制度建设、提高诚信建设、树立新时代的理财观念等完善企业理财环境的建议。 关键词：企业理财环境；战略研究；对策 Abstract The financial environment determines the financial strategy and activities of an enterprise. The analysis of the financial environment of an enterprise plays an important role in improving the financial activities of an enterprise. With the development of international economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more severe. Increasing market share through expanding market share has become the goal of enterprise development. For this reason, enterprises need to conduct in-depth analysis of the financial environment and work out the financial strategy suitable for the current situation. Starting from the financial environment of enterprises, this paper analyzes the relationship between the financial environment and the corporate strategy through the influence of the financial environment on the financial activities of enterprise groups, expounds the influencing factors of the financial environment of enterprises under the current situation, probes into the existing problems of the financial environment of enterprises in terms of system, awareness of prevention and monitoring strength, and then puts forward the optimization of information system and innovation system It is suggested to improve the financial environment of enterprises by building, improving the construction of credit and establishing the concept of financial management in the new era.
