PAGE PAGE 14 广东中小企业融资现状分析 摘 要 自1978年改革开放以来，市场经济迅速发展，中小企业如雨后春笋般接连成立发展，时至今日已成为市场经济发展的重要组成部分。如今绝大部分与群众生活息息相关的民生产品是中小企业生产销售的，据统计2019年中小企业数量已占据全国公司总数的96%以上，中小企业贡献了约50%的税收、60%的GDP、70%的技术创新和80%的就业，是扩大就业、改善民生、促进创业创新的重要力量,经济影响越发显著。但我国市场化经济发展不过40余年，仍存在诸多问题尚未解决。其中中小企业的融资贵融资难的问题越来越突出。时至今日，融资问题已经成为中小企业成长发展的关键瓶颈。中小企业融资问题一边是由于中小企业硬实力和软实力不达标导致融资艰难，一边是由于中小企业因自身体量小、经济影响薄弱曾长期被地方各级政府所忽视。近几年来广东省出台了各种扶持中小企业融资的相关政策，本文根据广东地区中小企业发展的现状，国家和广东地方政策发布落实情况及影响成效，针对性的分析了广东中小企业融资难的原因并试图给出相对应的建议和措施 关键词：广东；中小企业融资；成因；政策；措施 Analysis on financing situation of small and medium-sized Enterprises in Guangdong Abstract Since the reform and opening up in 1978, the market economy has developed rapidly, and small and medium-sized enterprises have sprung up one after another, which has become an important part of the development of market economy. Today, most of the livelihood products closely related to the lives of the people are produced and sold by small and medium-sized enterprises. According to statistics, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for more than 96% of the total number of companies in 2019.
