风险投资对中小企业成长的影响分析 摘 要 年复一年，我国现实经济日趋繁荣昌盛，中小企业在其中有着不可估量的作用。但中小企业的发展仍面对着多重困难，集资艰难、资金匮乏等难题正束缚着中小企业的成长和进展。然而风险投资对缓解中小企业融资困境的作用是不可等闲视之的。投入风险投资，能够加快中小企业自身起色，对中小企业的成长有着强而有力的辅助作用。本文共有五个部分：在第一部分中讲解了本篇文章所研究目的及其意义，国内外研究情况。在第二部分，阐述了风险投资的内涵以及风险投资对中小企业成长的意义。第三部分，本文从中小企业发展风险投资的现状，以及风险投资促进中小企业成长过程中存在的问题进行分析。第四部分，本文在促进风险投资对中小企业成长的积极影响中提出了较为针对的对策措施。第五部分是结尾，是对整篇文章的研究作出结论。 关键词：风险投资；中小企业；融资；成长 Impact Analysis of Venture Capital on the Growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Abstract Year after year,The real economy of our country is prospering day by day,Small and medium-sized enterprises in which has an inestimable role.But the development of small and medium-sized enterprises still faces many difficulties,Financing difficulties, lack of funds and other difficult issues are constraining the growth and progress of smes.But the role of venture capital in alleviating the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises can not be taken lightly.Venture capital participation can speed up the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and has a strong auxiliary effect on the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper consists of five sections: in the first section, I explain the purpose and significance of this paper, and the research situation at home and abroad.In the second section, the connotation of venture capital and the significance of venture capital to the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises are expounded.The third section, this paper from the status quo of small and medium-sized enterprises development of venture capital, and venture capital to promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of analysis.The fourth section, this article in the promotion of venture capital on the positive impact of the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises put forward more targeted measures.The fifth section which is the conclusion of the whole article.
