PAGE 13 我国员工持股计划存在的问题及建议 内 容 摘 要 员工持股计划是一种国际趋势,资本的分散化,利于社会的安稳和经济的平稳快速发展,世界五百强企业里大多实现了员工持股计划,实例证明,实行员工持股计划对企业的好处是远远大于坏处,员工持股计划在我国的发展坎坷,屡次被叫停,如今我国为了更有利于资本市场快速稳定的发展,大力推行混合所有制改革,上市公司员工持股的试点工作也正火热开展中,可员工持股计划发展的多方面都不够成熟,针对员工持股计划的研究也多集中于对现状的分析与给出问题的对策,以个别案例为对象来研究我国员工持股计划存在问题及建议的课题不多,所以,本文依托皖通科技股份有限公司为案例,采用事件研究法、文献查询法、比较分析法等,具体分析皖通科技实施员工持股计划的全过程,多角度看待为何只实行了一期员工持股计划,多层次探析此计划实行中遇到的问题,并对问题出现导致的原因剖析,期间也对员工持股计划在我国的发展阐明自己的看法。 关键词:员工持股计划;问题;建议; Problems and Suggestions of Esop in China Abstract Employee stock ownership schemes are an international trend, the diversification of capital, Conducive to social stability and economic stability and rapid development, Most of the fortune 500 companies have implemented employee stock ownership plans , Example Shows , The advantages of implementing employee stock ownership plan far outweigh the disadvantages , The development of Esop in China is bumpy , Repeatedly called off , Now China is more conducive to the rapid and stable development of the capital market, Push forward the reform of the mixed ownership ,The pilot work of employee stock ownership in listed companies is also in progress , However, many aspects of Esop development are not mature enough, Researches on employee stock ownership plan also focus on the analysis of the current situation and the countermeasures, There are not many problems and Suggestions about the Esop in China, Therefore, based on the case of Wantong technology co., LTD., this paper adopts the event research method, literature query method and comparative analysis method, Specific analysis of Wantong technology implementation of the employee stock ownership plan of the whole process, Multiple perspectives on why only one phase of the Esop was implemented, A multi-level analysis of the problems encountered in the implementation of the plan, And analyze the causes of the problem, During this period, I also expounded my views on the development of Esop in China.
