广东省服务业对外直接投资动因分析 内 容 摘 要 近年来，广东省在服务业的对外直接投资已超过了制造业，成为了贸易投资的重要组成部分。2018年广东省的对外直接投资位居全国首位，其中就服务业的对外直接投资就占了66.6%，成为了一大亮点。鉴于此，本文将从服务业层面出发，考察广东省“走出去”的动因，以期能有效的把握服务业对外直接投资的最新动向和发展特征，以及所面临的挑战，并据此得到应对这些挑战的策略和行动指南。 本文首先界定基本概念和梳理相关理论以此作为本文的理论支撑，其次利用收集到的资料跟数据分析广东省服务业对外直接投资的现状及问题，接着分析其动因。在这些基础上，得出本文的主要结论，第一，广东省服务业对外直接投资主要集中在传统服务业，现代服务业投资占比较小；第二，广东省服务业对外直接投资主要集中在发展中国家，对发达国家或地区的投资比较少，投资结构也还在不断优化的过程中；第三，市场寻求型、资源寻求型、效率寻求型、技术寻求型和政策导向型为广东省服务业对外直接投资的主要动因。最后分政府和企业层面提出相应的对策建议。 关键词：服务业；对外直接投资；动因 Guangdong Province Service Industry Foreign Direct Investment Motivation Analysis Abstract In recent years, Guangdong’s foreign direct investment in services has surpassed the manufacturing industry and has become an important part of trade and investment.
