论保险营销员业务技能的提升途径
内 容 摘 要
随着保险业务的快速发展,我国从事保险这一行业的人员数量每年都呈现上升趋势,保险公司和其营销网点遍布全国各地。然而,保险业务员的流失数量也是相当庞大的,极高的人员流动率、更新换代速度快以及人们长期对保险行业的偏见等种种问题,始终是保险业发展的绊脚石,对保险业务员自身的发展也有一定的阻碍,在此情况下,提升保险营销员的业务技能就显得尤为重要。
本文通过了解员工培训的意义与影响保险营销员的提升技能的因素,在此基础上,通过对保险公司培训现状和员工基本情况分析,知道保险业务营销员的最欠缺和最重要的技能,在此基础上提出相应的解决措施。此举不仅对员工个人发展有着重要的促进作用,更会促进保险公司的整体发展,从长远来看,对我国保险行业的水平提升也是有好处的。

Understand the significance of employee training and the factors that affect the improvement of insurance marketers skills. On this basis, through the analysis of the current situation of insurance company training and the basic situation of employees, know the most deficient and important skills of insurance business marketers.
