PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE I 大学生网络贷款的风险与对策分析 内 容 摘 要 随着我国经济和互联网的迅速发展，许多新兴事物也跟着出现，大学生网络贷款也进入了大众视野，其中有为了大学生方便购物的分期购物平台，有提供创业资金的平台以及其他贷款产品。本文以相关数据以及案例分析，发现大学生网络贷款的发展迅速，范围广，平台数量多，相关法律法规对其约束较少，出现了许多问题，如申请方式不规范，容易诱发犯罪问题，大学生受骗现象频发，对款项的流向无人监管等问题，有不少大学生掉进了不法分子的陷阱当中，有的甚至付出了生命的代价。要减少这种现象的发生，应该从学校，家庭，社会全方面协助，要正确培养学生的价值观及消费方式，父母言传身教，完善有关法律条款，来提高大学生网络贷款的安全性。 关键词：大学生网络贷款；风险；对策 PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE II Risk and countermeasure analysis of college students network loan Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas economy and the Internet, many new things have emerged, and the online loan for college students has also entered the publics vision, including the installment shopping platform for college students to facilitate shopping, the platform to provide venture capital and other loan products.
