共19页 第 PAGE 18页 企业财务风险的成因及防范 以国美电器为例 [摘 要] 在我国如今的市场经济大环境里,企业的财务风险都发生在企业运营经济活动中，各个财务环节都隐藏着不同的财务风险,之所以说分析财务风险的成因和防范对公司来说是重中之重，是因为财务风险导致企业的经营成果和财务状况产生不稳定性。其目的在于能够降低企业财务风险的产生,减少企业经济损失,提高企业效益,以实现可持续长期发展,为公司发展提供财务方面的保障。那么,分析财务风险的成因及防范主要从公司的财务人员对财务风险意识的高低和公司的货币资金营运流动,企业经营制度和管理机制等方法进行,找出企业存在的财务风类型并列出相应解决措施。总而言之,一个好的财务风险管理,能让企业在激烈的行业竞争中占据优势,对企业的持续稳定发展具有重要的意义。 [关键词] 财务风险 国美电器 防范措施 Causes and prevention of enterprise financial risk Take Gome electric appliance as an example [Abstract] In todays market economy environment of China, various financial links of enterprises are often permeated with different financial risks. Therefore, the analysis of the causes and prevention of financial risks is of great significance to the development of enterprises. Its purpose is to reduce the generation of financial risks, reduce the economic losses of enterprises and improve the benefits of enterprises, so as to achieve sustainable long-term development and provide financial guarantee for the development of enterprises. Then, through the analysis of the risk consciousness of the financial personnel of enterprises, this paper analyzes the causes and precautions of the financial risks, enterprise capital operation trend, enterprise management system and management mechanism and other methods, to find out the existence of enterprise financial risk types and put forward the corresponding prevention of financial risk methods.
