学号2015145123 郑州成功财经学院毕业论文（设计） 安阳市地区医院东院区项目施工现场进度管理分析  PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 施工现场施工进度管理和控制是建设项目工程质量管理以及项目投资管理和控制的三个管理目标之一。开发商希望建设项目的预期效益能够提前取得进展，施工方希望提前完工以便开展下一阶段项目，但是建设项目的综合范围相对较大，这会导致管理难度的增加，合理安排建设项目建设进度可以有效解决建设项目过程中的诸多问题。本文主要依托安阳市地区医院东院区及颐养中心项目施工现场1#楼2#楼及连廊项目进度控制中的问题进行了分析。此项目工期延误较为严重，预计工期为270个工日，实际工期达到了480个工日，且至今并未完工。文章以项目实例进行分析，指出了在项目建设施工现场所遇到的进度问题并加以分析。从理论联系到实际，通过参考对比国内外研究的现状和先进现场管理方法进行问题的分析，并对影响进度控制的问题提出了相应的对策。 关键词：施工现场；施工阶段；进度管理  PAGE IV PAGE IV Abstract Construction progress management and control on construction site is one of the three management objectives of construction project quality management and investment management and control . Developers hope that the expected benefits of construction projects can be advanced .The builder wishes to complete the project ahead of schedule in order to carry out the next phase of the project . But the comprehensive scope of construction projects is relatively large . This will lead to increased difficulty in management . Reasonable arrangement of construction progress of construction projects can effectively solve many problems in the process of construction projects . This paper mainly relies on the analysis of the problems in the progress control of the construction site 1 # Building 2 # building and Corridor project of the Eastern Hospital District and the Care centre of Anyang District Hospital . The delay of this project is serious . It is estimated that the construction period will be 270 working days, and the actual construction period will reach 485 working days . Its not finished yet . Based on the analysis of project examples, this paper points out the progress problems encountered in the construction site of the project and makes an analysis of them .
