中文摘要及关键词 PAGE 12 PAGE 12 摘　要 工程质量作为工程建设的核心目标，更是随着科学技术的不断发展和国际工程建设市场的激烈竞争，我国建设工程在质量问题的提高上也面临巨大挑战。就目前而言，我国一些像民营企业在建设效率和经济效益还是存在处于停滞不前的状态，与一些发达国家国内大型企业相比，民营小型企业在工程建设中普遍存在工时长、效率低、消耗大、成本高、质量差等问题。本文以腾冲玛御谷温泉国际旅游度假区养生园二期桩基础项目作为研究对象，分析项目现状和施工质量问题，针对桩基础在施工阶段中影响项目质量控制及影响项目质量控制的主要因素“人材机法环”，通过PDCA循环在项目质量控制中的运行，提出项目质量控制措施。本文的创新点是应用PDCA循环法在项目施工质量控制过程结果为民营企业小型的建筑公司提供借鉴，提高项目质量减少经济损失。 关键词：施工阶段　质量控制　PDCA循环法 英文摘要及关键词 Abstract As the core goal of Engineering construction, engineering quality is facing the important problem of improving quality with the continuous development of science and technology and the fierce competition of international engineering construction market. At the moment, the construction efficiency and economic benefits of Chinese enterprises are stagnating. Compared with some developed countries, there are many problems in construction, such as long working hours, low efficiency, high consumption, high cost, poor quality and so on. This paper takes the second phase pile foundation project of Ma Valley Hot Spring International Tourism Resort Health Park in Tengchong County as the research object, analyses the project status and construction quality problems, and puts forward the project quality control measures through the operation of PDCA cycle in the project quality control, aiming at the main factor of the pile foundation influencing project quality control and project quality control in the construction stage. The innovation of this paper is to apply PDCA cycle method in the process of project construction quality control to provide reference for small construction companies of private enterprises, improve project quality and reduce economic losses.
