STYLEREF 标题 1 Abstract PAGE 28 摘 要 随着我国经济不断的发展和城市化的不断推进，大规模的工程方的发展有着重要的影响，一个大型的施工项目往往要耗费巨大的人力、物力、财力。随之而来在建设过程中的问题也不断显现，施工组织效率低下、建设工期拖延、施工成本超支、资源浪费严重、项目质量安全水平下降等都大大削弱了企业的管理水平，降低了建筑企业的声誉。为了进一步提升施工企业的竞争力和降低成本就需要制定出一套科学合理的工程施工方案。而施工组织设计的作用就是使得整个工程做到工程过程合理化、有序化，做到按质按量的完成施工项目的同时，大幅度的降低成本。 本文结合WZD清洁粉煤气化工程项目，根据施工组织计划的相关理论进行研究，从编制说明、工程基本情况、工程施工组织设计的评价、工程施工保障措施等四个主要方面进行施工组织设计。进而识别出影响此工程施工组织设计的相关因素和具体保障措施切实解决工程建设实际问题，提升项目整体管理水平。 关键词：施工组织设计 WZD工程 施工保障措施 ?  Abstract With the continuous development of Chinas economy and the continuous promotion of urbanization, large-scale projects have an important impact on local development, and a large construction project often requires huge human, material and financial resources. Subsequently, problems in the construction process are also emerging, such as low construction organization efficiency, delayed construction period, construction cost overspending, serious waste of resources, and declining project quality and safety level, which have greatly weakened the management level of enterprises and reduced the reputation of construction enterprises. In order to further enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises and reduce costs, it is necessary to develop a set of scientific and reasonable project construction scheme. And the role of construction organization design is to make the whole project do engineering process rationalization, orderly, do quality and quantity of the completion of the construction project at the same time, greatly reduce the cost.
