PAGE IV 曲靖市阿岗水库工程第十一标段项目施工组织设计 摘 要 施工组织设计是将拟建工程作为对象编制的，用以指导项目施工的技术、管理和经济的综合性文件。项目开工之前，都必须根据该工程的自身特点与施工的客观条件来编制施工组织设计，选择适合此工程的最佳施工方案，从而确保质量和工期，达到控制成本的目的。 本次毕业设计是曲靖市阿岗水库工程第十一标段项目的施工组织设计。设计的主要内容包括主要工程施工方案、施工部署、施工准备、施工进度计划、施工现场布置、主要技术组织措施、质量安全文明各项施工保障措施。本文为施工组织设计说明书，主要阐述了各分项工程的主要施工工艺和方法，旨在确定适合实际情况的施工方法，以高效低耗地完成建设项目的施工任务为目的，确保施工项目的质量、工期、造价目标的实现。 关键词：施工组织设计，最佳施工方案，施工进度计划 Abstract Construction organization and design is a comprehensive document prepared to guide the technology, management and economy of the project construction by taking the proposed project as the object. Before the commencement of each project, the construction organization and design must be compiled in accordance with the characteristics of the project and the objective conditions of the construction and the best construction scheme suitable for the project must be selected, so as to ensure the quality and the construction period, and to control relevant cost. This graduation design is the construction organization design for the construction project of No.4 Building in Phase I of Yinjing Mingzhu Commercial and Residential Community in Puer City. The main contents of the design include the main project construction plan, construction arrangement, construction preparation, construction progress plan, construction site layout, main technical organization measures, quality, safety and civilized construction guarantee measures. This paper is a construction organization design specification, mainly describing the main construction techniques and methods of various sub-projects, aiming at determining the construction methods suitable for the actual situation, thus completing the construction tasks of the construction project with high efficiency and low consumption, and ensuring the realization of the quality, construction period and cost objectives of the construction project.
