PAGE PAGE I 杞县通村公路建设项目施工组织设计 摘　　要 近年来，中国的发展不仅是高速的，而且发展方向也十分全面。但是在优胜劣汰的自然规律下，良好的发展也时刻面临着挑战。尤其是在建筑业，市场竞争更加激烈。这种情况下，优质的施工组织设计成为了企业之间竞争项目的重要筹码。一份好的施工组织设计可以根据工程量预先安排人材机，针对工程特点设计出多项施工、技术方案，分析对比，选出最优，把控成本，调整进度，保证工程按时、高质、高效地完成。 本文对施工组织设计研究的背景和国内外研究现状进行初步探究，将施工组织设计有关的理论知识用于实际施工建设中。以杞县通村公路建设项目为研究对象，对其工程环境进行调查，构建项目管理体系。基于该工程的实际情况，介绍建设项目的重点施工技术，根据项目工程量，拟投入的劳动力、机械设备情况，用横道图设计施工进度计划，确保工程在工期内完成施工。对质量、安全生产进行管理，合理布置工程场地，制定施工总平面图。 关键词：施工组织设计；横道图；施工总平面图 Abstract In recent years, Chinas development is not only super-fast, but also more comprehensive direction. But under the natural law of survival of the fittest, the good development also faces the challenge all the time. Competition of the market become still more fiercer, not excepting the building industry. At this rate, high-quality construction organization design has become an important chip for competing projects among enterprises. A good construction organization can pre-arrange the manpower, the material, the machine according to the project quantities, with regard to the project characteristic to design the multi-scheme of construction and technique, contrasted analysis, choose the best, regulate cost, adjustment progress, guarantee timely ,efficient and high-quality completion of the project. In this paper, the background of the research on the construction organization design and the present research situation at home and abroad are discussed, and the theoretical knowledge about the construction organization design is applied to the actual construction. Taking the Tongcun highway construction project in Qi County as the research object, the project environment is investigated and the project management system is constructed. Based on the actual situation of the project, introduce the key construction technology of construction project. According to project quantity, the labor force and mechanical equipment to be invested, design of Construction Schedule Plan with Gantt chart, ensure that the project is completed within
