STYLEREF 标题 1 Abstract PAGE 14 PAGE 13 毕业设计(论文) 大数据时代背景下政府网络舆情治理机制研究 摘要 随着网络技术的飞速发展，运用大数据技术的应用在我们的生活中变得越来越普遍。技术的发展使得各种数据技术不仅改变了人们之间的沟通方式，改变了人类社会生产和生活的各个方面，也改变了政府的治理国家的方式。社会公民普遍参与在社交网站和即时聊天软件发表自己有关时事新闻的看法。大数据技术也推动了科技和人工智能的发展。在信息爆炸的大数据时代下，政府要保证经济态势良好发展、社会有序运行、维护国家安全的重要关键之一就是治理好网络舆情。当前我国网络舆情治理发展还处在一个摸索探寻的试验阶段，与网络舆情治理相关的政策文件和法律制度体系尚未完善，可以说目前在学术界研究我国网络舆情治理是一项方兴未艾的课题。 本文主要有以下几个章节构成：首先对选题背景等进行大致介绍。然后概念阐述和理论基础解释：沉默的螺旋与反螺旋理论、把关人理论和网络化治理理论。第三部分阐述了大数据时代背景下我国政府网络舆情治理的现状及存在问题。接着第四章详细分析了大数据时代背景下我国政府网络舆情治理存在问题的原因；第五部分给出了基于大数据时代背景下的政府网络舆情治理问题的对策和建议。 关键词: 大数据 网络舆情 政府治理 Research on Government Network Public Opinion Mechanism Under the Background of Big Data Era Abstract With the rapid development of Internet technology, the application of big data technology is becoming more and more common in our life.
