PAGE PAGE 41 广州市晋诚仓储服务有限公司仓库管理优化研究 摘 要 仓储是现代物流活动中的一个必不可少的重要环节，是物流管理的核心。因此研究如何降低仓储成本，提高管理水平，对仓储管理十分重要。广州市晋诚仓储服务有限公司经营着五千多平方米的仓储面积，仓库采用自行研发的WMS信息系统进行管理，并配有其他基础的设施设备，仓储规模较大，但随着物流市场的发展，客户对仓储服务的要求也越来越高，当下晋诚公司仍然存在不少问题，因此晋诚公司要找出自身的不足，实现仓储服务模式的转型升级。 论文以广州市晋诚仓储服务有限公司为研究对象，通过对晋诚仓库的现状进行分析，发现其存在布局不合理、作业管理不到位、库位分配不合理以及仓储设备利用率低等问题，并运用文献法、图表法、SLP法和ABC分类法，结合晋诚仓储公司当前情况下的仓储管理现状，提出适合晋诚仓储公司优化的措施，以优化仓库布局、完善仓库作业流程、合理分配库位、提高仓储设备的利用率，从而降低企业的仓储成本，提高仓储效率和市场竞争力。 关键词：广州市晋诚仓储服务有限公司；仓储管理；SLP法；ABC分类法 Research on warehouse management optimization in Guangzhou JinCheng Warehousing Services CO., LTD Abstract Storage is an essential part of modern logistics activities and the center of logistics management. Therefore, it is very significance to study how to reduce storage cost and improve management level. Guangzhou JinCheng warehousing services co., LTD., operates more than five thousand square meters of storage area, warehouse information on its own research and development of WMS system is adopted to improve the management, and other basic facilities, storage size is larger, but with the development of the logistics market, customer demand for warehousing service is becoming more and more high, the present JinCheng companies still exist many problems, so JinCheng company to find their own shortcomings, to achieve storage and service mode of the transformation and upgrading.
