中小企业财务管理中的人员问题分析 摘要：近几I?年来，我国的屮小企业无论是在数量还是规模上都有很大幅度 的发展。伴随着中小企业的发展，财务管理的重要性也越来越得到人们的共识。 但应该看到在实践屮依然出现了很多问题，尤其是在人员建设上。例如，财务人 员素质需要提高，企业对于财务人员的激励机制需要得到强化等。 本文就从会计与财务管理的概念入手，结合我国中小企业中出现的实际情 况，主要论述会计与财务管理之间的区别，并在如何提高屮小企业财务管理人员 的素质和技能上提岀一些自己的看法和建议。 关键字：屮小企业；财务管理；人员建设 The analysis of the financial staff issues from SMEs，financial management Abstract: In recent decades, Chinese SMEs either on the number or size has a significant improvement. With the growth of SMEs, the importance of financial management has been widely accepted. It should be noted that it still exists a lot of issues in practice, especially in the staff development. For example, the financial staffs need to learn the latest financial knowledge; business incentives need to be strengthening, et cetera. This paper started from the concept of accounting and financial management, combined with the current situation of Chinese small-and-medium-sized enterprises. Compare and contrast the differences and connections between the accounting and financial management will be mainly illustrate. Finally, there will be listed some personal suggestions around how to improve the personnel capacity of the financial management from SMEs.
