PAGE 1 年产15万吨煤制乙醇工艺设计 摘 要 本设计是在干净的合成气基础上，在适当的反应环境与催化剂下合成乙醇。通过合成气合成的方法合成乙醇，该方法下的反应条件相较其他更加温和，而且配套技术上更加成熟，并且收率相对其他方法而言更高。此法先在固定管板的反应塔中进行反应，然后进入常压精馏塔进行分离提纯。对现有技术的分析与研究，可以促进我国乙醇生产工艺的改革，提高生产效率，以适应医疗及新能源的发展新需要。 本次设计包括对产品的市场及生产工艺、生产设备的分析，完成了工艺流程的设计、物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型、三废处理与工业配套设施等。乙醇是工业价值极高的化工原料，在经济的发展、化工生产的改良的层面上，对其的合理开发是必不可少的一部分。 关键词：乙醇；合成气；新能源；工艺设计 Process Design of Coal-to-ethanol Production with an Annual Output of 150,000 Tons Abstract This design is to synthesize ethanol on the basis of clean syngas under appropriate reaction environment and catalyst. Ethanol is synthesized by synthesis gas synthesis. The reaction conditions under this method are milder than others, and the supporting technology is more mature, and the yield is higher than other methods. Therefore, this method first reacts in a reaction tower with fixed tube plates, and on this basis, an atmospheric distillation column is added for separation and purification. Analysis and research on existing technologies can promote the reform of ethanol production technology in China, improve production efficiency, and strengthen production technology to meet the new needs of medical and new energy development. This design includes analysis and discussion of product market and production process, production equipment, process flow, material balance, heat balance, equipment selection, three waste treatment and industrial supporting facilities. Ethanol is a chemical raw material with extremely high industrial value. On the level of economic development and improvement of chemical production, its rational development is an indispensable part.
