PAGE PAGE II 论 文 题 目： 利用游戏培养幼儿交往能力的调查研究 摘要 于幼儿发展而言，其在成长过程中需要积极与同等年龄的儿童进行互动交流，借助于与他人的沟通，幼儿能够更为健康的成长与发展，而我们将此种引导幼儿健康成长的教育教学方式称之为同伴教学。而之所以同伴教学能够被适用于幼儿教学与成长之中，主要在于幼儿所处年龄段的特性所导致，幼儿尤其独特的交流方式，而这恰恰是成年人无法理解与进行的，所以只能经由与幼儿同等年龄层的幼儿来进行积极的互动交流，从而彼此之间互相促进，实现共同健康成长的目的。当下在对幼儿阶段的学生开展同伴教学过程中，教师往往会引导幼儿以相关游戏活动的进行来对其实施同伴教学，而再具体的同伴教学游戏实施过程中，需要幼儿教师加以注意的点包括有幼儿游戏集体构造、幼儿游戏材料分配、幼儿游戏交流分享等。借助于游戏活动的开展推进，能够行之有效的实现对幼儿的同伴教育，促使幼儿于游戏开展过程中实现“合作游戏”，对于幼儿的语言学习、认知提升都会产生有积极效益，从而推动幼儿实现健康成长。 本文基于此种理论，选取当下幼儿于同伴教学结构游戏开展过程中的一系列行为进行研究分析，辅之以具体的教学案例来提出幼儿教师在开展同伴教学结构游戏时能够给予幼儿促进同伴交流的积极策略。从而在最终能够实现幼儿借助于同伴教学结构游戏开展对其语言学习、认知能力提升的教学目的，促进幼儿健康成长。再经由本文调查研究以及分析之后，得到了一下结论： 结构游戏开展过程中，所选游戏材料的不同对于幼儿的同伴教学效果会产生有较大影响，使得幼儿与同伴之间的互动交流会大打折扣。相较于拼板以及积塑游戏材料的选取，幼儿明显对于积木游戏产生有更大兴趣，且伴随有更强的积极主动性。 结构游戏开展过程中，所选游戏的主题不同对幼儿的同伴教学效果会产生有较大影响，使得幼儿对于游戏进行时与同伴产生互动交流的行为积极性会有所减弱。 结构游戏开展过程中，幼儿收到影响因素可划分为内部因素与外部因素。 对于如何提升幼儿于结构游戏开展过程中的积极性，促使其能够最大程度的与他人进行互动交流，需要教师从以下方面着手，分别为观察与介入、开放结构主题、幼儿语言表达等。借助于幼儿结构游戏的更好开展，来对幼儿游戏进行时幼儿积极同伴交往行为进行最大化的推动与促进。 关键词：游戏；幼儿；交往能力 Abstract In terms of childrens development, they need to actively interact and communicate with children of the same age in the process of growth. By means of communication with others, children can grow and develop more healthily. We call this education and teaching method to guide childrens healthy growth as peer teaching. And the peer teaching effects can be apply and growth, mainly depends on the characteristics of children by age, as a result, children especially unique way of communication, and this is precisely what adults dont understand, and therefore can only be through with the children of the same age children to positive interaction, so as to promote each other between each other, realize the healthy growth of common purpose. Present in the infant stage of fellow students in teaching process, teachers often encourage children to its implementation in game activities associated with the peer teaching, and the implementation of specific peer teaching game again, need attenti
