唐山市嘉和人家303号商住楼 施工组织设计 摘 要 施工组织设计涉及多元化的学科，是对拟建工程的施工提出全面的规划、计划、组织的技术文件，作为施工准备和指导施工的依据。 本施工组织设计项目为商住楼，震后危旧平房改建项目，结构形式为框架剪力墙结构，地上十五层，地下一层；建筑高度44.82m；总建筑面积为9014.33m2。 对施工过程中各分部分项工程进行详细施工组织设计，应用合理的组织、技术、计划建设方案。编制的主要内容有：施工部署、施工准备、分部分项工程施工方案、施工进度计划、场区平面布置图、主要施工技术组织管理措施，附平面布置图及进度计划图，过程包括了从开工前的各项准备到竣工验收的全过程。 关键词：施工组织设计 框架剪力墙结构 横道图 现场平面布置 Construction Organization Design of No.303 Commercial and Residential Building in Jiahe Renjia, Tangshan City Abstract Construction organization design involves a variety of disciplines, which is a comprehensive planning, planning and organization of technical documents for the construction of the proposed project, which can be used as the basis for construction preparation and guidance.
