摘 要 “一带一路”的战略推动下，国家纷纷开启了巨大的铁路建设市场。铁路建设迎来了新的发展阶段。招投标制度的实施促进了建筑市场和建筑业之间的竞争更加公平和规范化。对于建筑施工企业来说，投标报价是影响施工企业竞标成功与否的最大因素，虽然国内建筑施工企业在招投标活动中积累了一些经验，但仍存在一些问题，在当前社会竞争如此激烈的情况下，如果想在市场中脱颖而出，不但要求企业具备较高的综合实力，还需要适当的投标报价技巧，从而促进企业的利好发展。 本设计研究如何利用工程量清单计价模式完成某铁路工程大桥投标报价。根据施工技术方案、工程量核算结果，得到已标价工程量清单，运用一定的投标策略和技巧，确定具有竞争力的工程投标价格。 关键词：铁路桥梁 工程量清单 投标报价 Abstract Driven by the strategy of one belt and one road, the state has opened a huge railway construction market. Railway construction has ushered in a new stage of development. The implementation of bidding system promotes the competition between construction market and construction industry to be fairer and more standardized. For construction enterprises, bidding quotation is the biggest factor affecting the success of competitive bidding of construction enterprises. although domestic construction enterprises have accumulated some experience in bidding activities, there are still some problems. In the current situation of fierce social competition, if you want to stand out in the market, not only enterprises are required to have a higher comprehensive strength, but also appropriate bidding quotations are needed. Skills, so as to promote the good development of enterprises. This design studies how to use the bill of quantities valuation mode to complete the bidding quotation of a railway engineering bridge. According to the construction technical scheme and the results of engineering quantity accounting, the list of engineering quantity with bidding price is obtained, and the competitive bidding price is determined by using certain bidding strategies and techniques.
