摘 要 本论文研究的主要是用PLC 控制污水的处理。环境问题随着城市的快 发展也 显得越发的严重。其中一个重要因素是污水的破坏，污水处理自控系统在国内相对落 后，经污水站排放的污水水质并不好，而且污水处理的成本很高，所以具有重要的意 义是建立有效的自控系统以及优化其运行效果。 文章介绍了PLC 控制系统的工作原理，硬件结构以及设计设计PLC 系统控制的步 骤和基本原理。然后为了说明PLC 在污水处理过程中的应用，以SBR 污水处理工艺做 为例子。先根据污水处理要求，设计了主要包括设备的启停、状态信号等设备的电气 控制与自动控制线路。最后按照工艺要求设计包括PLC 的选型、系统资源配置以及按 照污水处工艺编制PLC 程序等的PLC 控制系统，。 为了可以加强整个系统的可靠性、准确性，节约能源和降低处理成本，减少劳动 强度，可以建立高度自动化污水处理站。污水处理站的自控处理系统的建设具有了如 上的优点后将会很大力度的使国内的环境及经济改观。 ：污水处理；硬件配置；PLC；软件设计 Abstract This thesis is mainly controlled by PLC sewage treatment. With the rapid development of urban environmental problems also becomes more serious . One important factor is the destruction of sewage , sewage treatment automatic control system in China is relatively bac ward , sewage station after discharge effluent quality is not good , but the high cost of wastewater treatment , so has important significance is to establish an effective and optimized automation system its operating results. This paper introduces the wor ing principle of the steps and the basic principles of PLC control system hardware architecture and Design PLC system control . To illustrate the application of PLC and the sewage treatment process to SBR wastewater treatment process as an example. According to the first sewage treatment requirements, the design of the equipment including start and stop , status signals and other electrical control equipment and automatic control circuits.
