Scientific raw material cost management can not only improve the companys profit, but also improve the companys competitiveness. This article takes Jiancheng Electronic Company as the research object, investigates the management present situation of the raw material cost of Jiancheng Electronic Company. It is found that there are three main problems in Jiancheng Electronic Company, which are the high cost of raw material purchase and transportation, the confusion of storage management, and the serious waste of raw materials. The main reasons for these problems are the unreasonable selection of suppliers, the high procurement cost, the lack of supervision of the storage department, and the lack of scientific and reasonable quota standards. According to the problems existing in Jiancheng Electronic Company, this paper puts forward some scientific and useful solutions.
