PAGE PAGE 16 摘 要 随着近几年我国经济的高速发展，市场竞争也随着越发激烈。企业所需要面对解决的挑战和困难也随之增加。企业想要在这样的市场中占据一席之地就需要提高企业自身的营运效率，完善企业的发展模式。但是实际上很多企业都并不重视营运能力的分析，又或者是分析并不透彻，这导致了企业的发展受到阻碍。本文使用了比率分析法，比较分析法等方法从分析营运能力指标的角度出发。首先阐述了营运能力的概念以及其重要性，然后介绍了广州盛欣五金有限公司的基本情况，接着根据运用营运能力分析的理论分析了盛欣公司近三年的营运能力指标，随后采取结合实际案例相的方式找出企业在日常营运中所存在的问题并分析其产生的原因；最后针对分析数据发现的问题提出了一定的对策。希望通过这篇文章能够帮助盛欣公司提高企业的营运效率，增强盛欣公司在市场当中的竞争力和实现企业价值最大化，同时为其他企业提供借鉴作用。 关键词：盛欣五金 营运能力 总资产周转率 流动资产周转率 Abstract With?the?rapid?development?of?Chinas?economy?in?recent?years,?the?market?competition?is?becoming?more?and?more?fierce. But in fact, many enterprises do not pay attention to the analysis of operating capacity, or the analysis is not thorough, which causes the development of enterprises to be hindered. In this paper, the ratio analysis method, comparative analysis method and other methods are used to analyze the operational capacity indicators.First of all, the concept and importance of operation capability are described, then the basic situation of Guangzhou Shengxin Hardware Co., Ltd.? is introduced, then the operation capability index of Shengxin company in recent three years is analyzed according to the?theory of operation capability analysis, and then the problems existing in the daily operation of the company are found out and the causes are analyzed by combining with the actual cases; ?finally, the problems in the daily operation of the company are analyzed Some countermeasures are put forward for the problems found in the analysis of data.It is hoped that this article can help Shengxin Company improve its operating efficiency, enhance its market competitiveness and maximize its value, and at the same time provide a reference for other companies.
