PAGE 15 摘 要 随着时代的不断发展，我国的经济水平也不断的提高，国民的生活水平也得到了提升，与此同时市场的经济体制在不断的完善，近一步加快了商品的流通速度，使得企业迎来了发展空间也带来了一定程度的挑战。在这样的时代下，企业想要长远的发展下去，就应该抓住机遇，制定适合本企业的制度。存货，是企业日常生活持有或者销售的流动资产，是一项重要的流动资产，因此它在资产中的占比会比较大。对于存货的利用水平的高低将直接影响到企业的资金的周转情况。所以，存货管理对企业来说也是一个不可缺少的一部分。本文以威沃电子为例，分析其存货管理情况，发现存货在资产总额中的占比较大，各种存货结构不合理，存货利用率低，公司的存货制度和人员的管理存在一定漏洞等问题。针对该公司的一系列问题提出的改进对策：在存货的占比问题上需要建立科学的存货管理模式，将存货结构进行合理调配，运用先进的科学技术，提高存货资产的工作效率，完善公司存货管理制度。企业若是想要保持较高的盈利能力，就应当重视存货管理。 关键词：威沃电子 存货管理 供应链 Abstract With the continuous development of The Times, Chinas economic level has also been improved, the living standards of the people have also been improved, at the same time, the market economic system in continuous improvement, further step to accelerate the velocity of the circulation of goods, so that the enterprise ushered in the development space also brought a certain degree of challenge.
