摘 要 增强对企业风险的管理与控制是建立现代化企业的需要，近年以来，随着我国社会经济进步发展，畜牧业企业经济发展不断提高，经济转型升级加快。因此，企业的风险管理和风险控制的作用性显得弥足重要。畜牧业企业需加强防范、合理管理和加强控制企业面临的种种风险，从而降低企业收益波动性，提升企业价值，实现企业股东价值最大化。本文研究对象是畜牧业企业的风险管理与控制，主要对温氏集团目前的风险管理状况进行分析，根据深入分析发现温氏集团存在诸如各项风险管理难度增大、管理和控制风险的机制不健全、风险管理观念落后和风险管控信息化水平低等问题，并对所发现的问题提出企业控制风险的对策，如加强各项风险管理工作控制力度、完善风险管理和控制的制度、创新风险管理观念和构建风险管控信息化系统，用以改善该企业的风险管理问题。 关键词：风险管理 风险控制 畜牧业企业 企业价值 企业受益波动性 Abstract Strengthening the management and control of enterprise risk is the need to establish a modern enterprise. In recent years, with the progress and development of Chinas social economy, the economic development of animal husbandry enterprises has been constantly improved and the economic transformation and upgrading has been accelerated. Therefore, the role of enterprise risk management and risk control is very important. Animal husbandry enterprises need to strengthen prevention, reasonable management and control of various risks faced by enterprises, so as to reduce the volatility of corporate returns, enhance corporate value and maximize corporate shareholder value.In this paper, the research object is the risk management and control of animal husbandry enterprise, mainly analyze the Winchester group present risk management situation, based on the thorough analysis found that wing groups exist such as the harder, the management risk management and risk control mechanism is not sound, backward concept of risk management and risk control informatization level is low, and the problems found in the enterprise risk control countermeasures are put forward, such as strengthening the risk management control, and improve risk management and control system, the innovation of the risk management idea and the construction of risk control system, to improve the enterprise risk management issues.
