摘 要 营运能力的研究和分析由企业的内部和外部因素分析两个部分所构成。依照惯例而言，企业内部因素分析依赖于企业的财务报表数据，而外部因素分析则是在宏观经济背景下进行。通过多年来的国内外专家学者的分析研究可以知道，营运能力所指的是企业能够通过自己拥有的资金和能源实现社会价值的能力。究其根本，就是利用尽可能少的资源，在尽可能短的时间内，生产出尽可能多的产品和尽可能高的企业收入。那么如何才可以实现这个目标，那就要通过对企业自身营运能力的强化来完成。本文主要采取理论分析与案例相结合的方式，选取了尚立方公司作为案例背景，在目前较为乐观的国内经济环境中，如同尚立方这类的零售业企业数量繁多、竞争十分激烈，为能够让企业可以在激烈的国内外市场中健康稳健地发展壮大，本文将通过分析企业的各项营运指标，找出尚立方公司在经营管理和资金运作方面存在的问题，以及探讨这些问题对于公司自身偿债以及盈利造成的影响，最后给出相对应的能够强化公司营运能力的建议。为企业如何提高自身营运能力提供意见，有一定的实际意义，希望可以有效帮助到企业提高自身的营运能力和降低生产成本，达到有效增加企业销售收入的目的，借此来实现企业更高的市场价值。 关键词：营运能力 营运指标 资金周转 Abstract To the practice, the internal factor analysis of the enterprise is mainly analyzed through the companys financial statements, and the external Factor analysis is mainly carried out in a macroeconomic background.
