PAGE 12 摘 要 改革开放以来，广东被认为是经济强省。珠三角地区的经济快速发展，带动着整个省的经济发展，深圳市作为改革开放的第一个窗口对于经济方面的飞速发展是可见的，但是广东省各区域之间存在严重的发展不平衡现象，某种原因也是由此导致的。为了促进区域间协调发展，广东省政府进行了创新的尝试，成立了深汕特别合作区。这几年来，深圳的资金、人才和技术因深汕特别合作区其自身地理优势而不断被吸收，进而导致区域经济不断发展。 本文从理论分析的角度出发，研究对象是深汕特别合作区发展期间的问题，现尝试对其发展作初步的探讨。通过对该合作区发展过程的分析，发现其虽然在发展体制机制和发展方向等方面进行了初步的探索，但因为是新的发展模式，仍存在政府机构之间权责不明确、产业发展建设和基础设施建设方面的问题。 本文开展了下述方面浅析：先对深汕特别合作区经济发展背景及意义进行介绍，对为何研究此课题进行论述。其次，对深汕合作区的经济发展现状和基础进行分析，对合作区的机遇挑战、和优劣势进行简单讨论。最后，在分析今日经济发展局势和发展前景的基础上，对深汕合作区的管理及政策落实等出现的一系列问题进行论述，并针对这些问题提出相关的发展建议。 关键词：深汕特别合作区 区域协调合作 创新 ABSTRACT After the reform and the opening, Guangdong is regarded as a strong economic province.The rapid economic development of the Pearl River Delta region has driven the economic development of the entire province.
