PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 家电行业作为是珠海市国民经济和社会发展的重要支柱产业,当前正面临着前所未有的挑战。学者们对家电企业竞争力提升、竞争策略的探讨倒相对丰富，但对珠海家电行业发展的研究成果却是非常有限，亟待加强研究。 本文从宏观两个层面梳理了珠海家电产业面临政策、经济等环境及发出口品种、出口规模等发展现状，基于格力微观个案的分析反映珠海家电产业发展中的隐患，基于此尝试着构建了珠海家电行业发展的创新路径。 本文基于文献调查和案例分析这两种研究方法的综合运用，从出口竞争力、出口产品品种、内部治理体系等四个方面剖析了当前珠海家电企业在发展中所遭遇的一系列问题，基于此提出了一些改进建议。 本文创新性的提出了两个观点：1、珠海家电企业应当在继续走出去的同时审慎进行多元化；2、面对新冠肺炎疫情带来的不利影响，珠海家电企业要内外兼修，切实提升自身的竞争力。 关键词：珠海 家电 格力电器 ABSTRACT As an important pillar industry of Zhuhais national economy and social development, home appliance industry is facing unprecedented challenges. Scholars have a relatively rich discussion on the competitiveness promotion and competition strategy of home appliance enterprises, but the research results on the development of home appliance industry in Zhuhai are very limited, which needs to be strengthened. This paper based on the analysis of Grees Micro case, this paper analyzes the hidden dangers in the development of Zhuhais home appliance industry, and tries to build an innovative path for the development of Zhuhais home appliance industry. IT also based on the comprehensive application of the two research methods of literature investigation and case analysis, this paper analyzes a series of problems encountered in the development of home appliance enterprises in Zhuhai from the four aspects of export competitiveness, export product varieties and internal governance system, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. This article puts forward novel coronavirus pneumonias two points: 1, Zhuhai household electrical appliance enterprises should proceed cautiously and diversify while going out. 2, facing the adverse effects brought by the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Zhuhai household electrical appliance enterprises should both internal and external repair, and effectively enhance their competitiveness.
