教学过程:
Step 1:Revision
Greetings.
T:What day is it today? What date is it today? Summer holiday is coming after two months. Are you excited? Really? Let me see.
Show the title.
T: Today we will go on learning “Summer holiday plans”
Enlighten the students to ask questions about summer holiday plans.
T: We have knew Yang Ling/Liu Tao/Su Hai/Mike’s summer holiday plans very well. Do you want to know my summer holiday plans? Can you ask me any questions?
Step 2:Cartoon time
To present “Bobby”, let the students ask some questions.
T:When we talk about “Summer holiday plans”, Most of us talk about “travelling plans”. Bobby also likes “travelling”. Do you have any questions?
Ss:....
Read the story.
T: You have so many questions. Do you want to have a look at the story at once? Try to get the answers by yourselves.
3. Got the answers.
(1)What does Bobby want to be?
(2)Where will Bobby go? Why?
Encourage the students to act out Bobby’s dreams.
(3)Who will go with Bobby? Is Sam excited?
(4)How will they go? Is Sam still excited?
4. Watch the cartoon and try to experience their feelings.
5. Follow the tape.
6. Add the ending.
Sam doesn’t agree with Bobby. What will Sam say?
Maybe Sam has a travel plan, too. What will Bobby ask?
7. Act out the story in a group.
Step 3 Culture time

T:Guess, Sam wants to go travelling, too. Where will he go?
