Methods Ninety-eight patients with hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage were chosen from our hospital, and randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases in the observation group were treated by the minimal removed of intracranial hematoma, and then added the Danshen root injection for 10-20 mL, and 69 cases in the control group were treated by the small bone window evacuation of intracranial hematoma, and compared their curative effects. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.80%, the control group was 75.51%, there were different statistical significance between them (P 0.05), the operation time, the average amount of the bleeding g in intra-operative, hemorrhaged rate again, length of stay and GCS in the observation group were all more excellent than the control group, there were different statistical significance between them (P 0.05). Conclusion The minimal removed of intracranial hematoma combined with Danshen root injection treat the hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage, it can low the hemorrhaged rate, less complication, survival rate is high, it is good for renewing the cranial nerve function and improving the patient“s quality of life.
